Free shipping is available for orders of INR 2000 or more. Orders where free shipping applies, are not expedited. For orders that are lower than 2000/-, a convenience charge of Rs. 100 applies.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- We are committed to delivering products within 8-10 business days of the order being confirmed. If you're ordering from a very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 14 days. Note: These time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings.
- All items are shipped within 4-5 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall inform you about the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, if you choose to cancel your order for the unshipped items your payment shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Snoozy Doozy, are committed to it.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.
